  • 25 x diamond push ups

  • 25 x deadlifts

  • 25 x air squats

  • 25 x power cleans

  • 25 x alternate toe touches

  • 25 x front squats / goblet squats

  • 25 x burpee over bar

  • 25 x push press

* use barbell , dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
