5 x push up shoulder taps
5 x burpees
5 x kneeling to stand

(Part B)
every 2 minutes for 10 minutes complete the following combinations:
2 rounds
5 x plank shoulder taps
5 x no jump no push up burpees
5 x kneeling to stand
* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
