(Part A)

every 2 minutes for 10 minutes complete the following combinations:

2 rounds

  • 5 x push up shoulder taps

  • 5 x burpees

  • 5 x kneeling to stand


- REST 3 minutes -


(Part B)

every 2 minutes for 10 minutes complete the following combinations:

2 rounds

  • 5 x plank shoulder taps

  • 5 x no jump no push up burpees

  • 5 x kneeling to stand

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
