  • 30 x alternating forward lunges

  • 20 x weighted cossack squats


  • 30 x alternating forward lunges

  • 20 x single arm kickstand deadlifts (Right)


  • 30 x alternating forward lunges

  • 20 x single arm kickstand bend over row (Right)

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
