Daily workout (7/1/2025)

Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes perform the following combos :

  • 5 x power cleans

  • 3 x front squats

  • 1 x shoulder to overhead

  • 15 x V ups

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
