Daily Workout

12 minutes as many rounds as possible

  • 12 x dumbbells / Kettlebells front rack alternate lunges

  • 9 x dumbbells / kettlebells front rack squats

  • 6 x dumbbells / kettlebells push press

* Use a weight you feel that you can move consistently without resting too much in between sets.


* If you do not have the necessary equipment , you can just use a backpack instead. Just insert some load into it will do just fine.
