* 20 seconds ON

* 10 seconds OFF

* 1 minute 30 seconds REST every round

  1. !5 x double unders / 40 x single unders

  2. Max reps deadlifts

  3. !5 x double unders / 40 x single unders

  4. Max reps power cleans

  5. !5 x double unders / 40 x single unders

  6. Max reps front rack squats

  7. !5 x double unders / 40 x single unders

  8. Max reps push press

* Accumulate reps as final score for each round separately

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
