4 rounds Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : 20 x Russian twist

  • Minute 2 : 10 x Weighted 90 - 90 get ups

  • Minute 3 : 10 x Goblet reversed lunges (L) , 10 x Goblet reversed lunges (R)

  • Minute 4 : REST

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
