4 rounds Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : Max reps plank shoulder taps (Left + Right = 1 rep)

  • Minute 2 : Max reps plank step outs (Left + Right = 1 rep)

  • Minute 3 : Max reps single arm push press

  • Minute 4 : REST

* Accumulate reps separately for each round

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
