  • 40 x single arm hang cleans ( Left hand )

  • 40 x single arm hang cleans ( Right hand )

  • 30 x single arm push press ( Left hand )

  • 30 x single arm push press ( Right hand )

  • 20 x single arm walking lunges ( Left hand )

  • 20 x single arm walking lunges ( Right hand )

* You can use any object of your choice for all of the mentioned movement
