5 rounds Every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : 15 - 20 x kettlebell swings

  • Minute 2 : 15 - 20 x two hand shoulder to overhead

  • Minute 3 : 20 - 30 x standing alternating toe touches

  • Minute 4 : Plank hold

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
