Minute 1 , 3 , 5 , 7 , 9 , 11 , 13 ,15 , 17 , 19 :

  • 10 x push ups

  • 10 x air squats

Minute 2 , 4 , 6 , 8 , 10 , 12 ,14 , 16 , 18 , 20 :

  • Run 100 meters
