Daily workout (12/7/2024)

2 rounds of 7 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 4 x 30 feet shuttle runs

  • 3 x power cleans

  • 2 x front squats

  • 1 x shoulder to overhead


** REST 3 minutes every round

** Accumulate reps separately for each round

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
