3 sets of 3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)
9 x air squats
7 x reversed burpees
5 x shoulder to overhead
** Rest 2 minutes every round
** Accumulate as many rounds and reps separately for each round
* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
