3 rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : 10 x kneeling double hand clean and press

  • Minute 2 : 20 x weighted Russian twist

  • Minute 3 : Max reps double unders / single unders / jumping jacks

  • Minute 4 : Plank variations

  • Minute 5 : REST

* Total reps of D. U / S . U / J . J as final score for each round

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment options.
