  • 30 x body weight Cossack squats

  • 20 x plank pull through

  • 10 x weighted box step ups

(Beginner)

5 rounds for time

  • 15 x body weight Cossack squats

  • 10 x plank pull through

  • 5 x weighted step ups

* dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottle , backpack as equipment options.
