Daily Workout

4 rounds Tabata

* 20 seconds ON

* 10 seconds OFF

* 1 minute Rest every round

* Accumulate reps for each each round & combine it together as your final score

* you can use any object for your floor press, loaded with some weight for resistance if possible

  1. Push ups

  2. Mountain climbers ( Left + Right = 1 rep )

  3. Floor press

  4. Bicycle kicks ( Left + Right = 1 rep )

  5. Diamond push ups

  6. mountain climbers

  7. Floor press

  8. Bicycle kicks
