7 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x glute bridge floor press

  • 15 x diamond sit ups

  • 20 x Russian twist


REST 2 minutes


(Part 2)

7 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 20 x knees to elbows

  • 15 x alternating toe touches

  • 10 x supine toe touches

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
