3 sets

7 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x hang power cleans

  • 20 x plank hip taps

  • 30 x single unders / double unders

- REST 5 minutes -

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.

* record results separately for each sets
