* 30 seconds ON

* 10 seconds OFF

* 1 minute REST every round

  1. Plank shoulder taps

  2. Plank walk overs

  3. Bear plank pull throughs

  4. Leg lift overs

  5. Weighted glute march

* Accumulate reps at the end of workout as final score

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
