* 10 seconds ON

* 30 seconds REST every round

  1. Single arm overhead march (Left)

  2. Single arm overhead march (Right)

  3. Jumping squats

  4. Toe touches

* Accumulate reps for each round separately

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
