  • 15 x single arm half kneeling shoulder press (Left)

  • 15 x single arm half kneeling shoulder press (Right)

  • 20 x tricep dips

  • 10 x weighted step ups

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
