4 rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : Max reps drop squats

  • Minute 2 : Max reps single arm bent over rows

  • Minute 3 : Max reps goblet high knee march

  • Minute 4 : Max reps weighted Russian twist

  • Minute 5 : REST

** Accumulate total reps at the end of the workout as final score.

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
