Daily workout (15/2/2023)

12 mins as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 1 x hang squat cleans

  • 1 x push press

  • 1 x box jump / step up

* add 1 rep to every movement every round until clock expires.


* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
