5 rounds Every minute on the minute (EMOM)
Minute 1 : max reps alternating single arm kettlebell swings ( 20 - 30 reps )
Minute 2 : plank hold
Minute 3 : max reps single arm hang clean and jerk ( 10 - 15 reps )
Minute 4 : hollow body hold
Minute 5 : REST
* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
