15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 9 x single arm deadlifts (Left)

  • 6 x hang power cleans (Left)

  • 3 x shoulder to overhead (Left)

  • 9 x single arm deadlifts (Right)

  • 6 x hang power cleans  (Right)

  • 3 x shoulder to overhead (Right)

  • 15 x double unders / 35 x single unders

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
