Daily workout (16/8/2022)

12 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 7 x weighted kneeling to stand

  • 7 x burpee box jumps / burpee step ups / burpees

  • 7 x single arm hang clean & jerk

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment options.
