Daily Workout

3 rounds Every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : Max repetitions of straight leg sit ups

  • Minute 2 : Max repetition of hang power cleans

  • Minute 3 : Max repetition of overhead squat

  • Minute 4 : Max repetition of double under or single unders

  • Minute 5 : Rest

* This workout should be performed with ALL OUT EFFORT

* Accumulate total reps separately for each round

* use a broomstick , PVC pipe or an barbell for your entire workout
