  • 50 x forward lunges

  • 40 x staggered push ups

  • 30 x single leg toe touches

  • 150 x single unders

  • 30 x single leg toe touches

  • 40 x hand release push ups

  • 50 x reverse lunges

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
