Minute 1 : 10 x single leg pendulum lunge (Left)

Minute 2 : 10 x single leg pendulum lunge (Right)

Minute 3 : 10 x inch worm push ups

Minute 4 : Max reps double unders / single unders

Minute 5 : REST

* accumulate total reps separately for each round
