5 rounds Tabata

* 20 seconds ON

* 10 seconds OFF

* 1 minute REST every round

* * Accumulate reps separately for each round

  • Round 1 : Hollow body hold

  • Round 2 : Lateral jump overs * *

  • Round 3 : Elbow plank holds

  • Round 4 : Push press * *

  • Round 5 : hand stand hold / Pike handstand hold

* use a broomstick , PVC pipe , an empty barbell ,backpack or dumbbells for movement 2 & movement 4
