15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x see saw press

  • 10 x single leg Romanian deadlifts (Left)

  • 10 x single leg Romanian deadlifts (Right)

  • 20 x double unders / 50 x single unders

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
