5 rounds Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : Max reps seated alternating Arnold press

  • Minute 2 : Max reps tricep dips

  • Minute 3 : Max reps single unders / double unders / jumping jacks

  • Minute 4 : REST

* Accumulate reps separately for each round

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
