15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x single arm kettlebell swings (Left)

  • 10 x single arm kettlebell swings (Right)

  • Run 50 meters forward

  • Run 50 meters backwards

OR


15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x single arm kettlebell swings (Left)

  • 10 x single arm kettlebell swings (Right)

  • 100 x single unders (moderate pace)

* dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottle , backpack as equipment options.
