  • 3 x clusters

* 20 minutes time cap

10 rounds for time

  • 8 x assisted sit ups

  • 3 x thrusters with PVC pipe

* 15 minutes time cap

* use barbell , dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottle , backpack as equipment options.
