  • 21 x standing alternate toe touch

  • 18 x double unders / single unders

  • 18 x standing alternate toe touch

  • 15 x double unders / single unders

  • 15 x standing alternate toe touch

  • 12 x double unders / single unders

  • 12 x standing alternate toe touch

  • 9 x double unders / single unders

  • 9 x standing alternate toe touch

  • 12 x double unders / single unders

  • 12 x standing alternate toe touch

  • 15 x double unders / single unders

  • 15 x standing alternate toe touch

  • 18 x double unders / single unders

  • 18 x standing alternate toe touch

  • 21 x double unders / single unders

  • 21 x standing alternate toe touch

* choose either one and stick with it until the end

* If you can't perform either double or single unders , try jumping jacks with the same rep scheme instead.
