  • Minute 1 : Max reps inch worm

  • Minute 2 : Max reps squat cleans

  • Minute 3 : Max reps double unders / single unders

  • Minute 4 : REST

  • Minute 5 : Max reps no jump no push up burpees

  • Minute 6 : Max reps front squats

  • Minute 7 : Max reps double unders / single unders

  • Minute 8 : REST

  • Minute 9 : Max reps burpees

  • Minute 10 : Max reps thrusters

  • Minute 11 : Max reps double unders / single unders

  • Minute 12 : REST

* Record your reps as final score during REST

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
