20 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x 2 hand squat cleans

  • 10 x 2 hand bent over row

  • 15 x 2 hand overhead march

  • 20 x single unders

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
