15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 12 x deadlifts

  • 9 x burpee pull ups

  • 6 x hang clean & jerk


( Option 2 )

15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 12 x backpack deadlifts

  • 9 x burpees

  • 6 x backpack hang clean & jerk


* use dumbbells , water bottles for equipment option
