Daily workout (2/9/2022)

15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 30 x bicycle kicks (Left + Right = 1 rep)

  • 20 x alternate toe touches (Left + Right = 1 rep)

  • 10 x sit ups to press

* dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottle , backpack as equipment options.
