4 rounds Tabata

* 20 seconds ON

* 10 seconds OFF

* 1 minute REST every round

* Accumulate reps & combine them at the

end of the workout as your final score

  1. Leg lifts

  2. Russian twist

  3. Hollow body scissors kicks ( Left + right = 1 rep )

  4. Russian twist

  5. Hollow body flutter kicks ( Up + Down = 1 rep )

  6. Wall sit

  7. Bicycle kicks ( Left + right = 1 rep )

  8. Wall sit
