  • 4 x two hand power cleans

  • 6 x 30 feet single arm farmer's carry

  • 8 x American kettlebell swings

  • 10 x 30 feet shuttle run

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
