  • 10 x inchworm push ups

  • 12 x V ups

  • 14 v x air squats


  • 50 x single arm shoulder to overhead (Right)


    ** 20 minutes time cap


* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
