4 rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : 15 - 20 x alternating single arm sumo deadlift high pulls

  • Minute 2 : 5 - 8 x single arm lungsters

  • Minute 3 : 15 - 20 x diamond sit ups

  • Minute 4 : REST

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
