  • 30 x alternate leg weighted lunges

  • 20 x ground to overhead

  • 20 x Abmat sit up

  • 20 x alternate leg weighted lunges

  • 10 x ground to overhead

  • 10 x Abmat sit up

  • 10 x alternate leg weighted lunges

* For equipment options : backpack , bumper plates , dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottles etc
