3 rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM)

Minute 1 : Max reps hang power cleans

Minute 2 : Max reps body weight Cossack squats

Minute 3 : Max reps V ups

Minute 4 : REST


* Accumulate reps separately for each round

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
