Daily workout (26/7/2024)

5 rounds

3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x hang power clean and push jerks

  • 10 x box jumps / box step ups

  • 15 x push ups

** REST 2 minutes every round

** Accumulate reps separately for each round

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
