  • 40 x double unders / 100 x single unders

  • 5 x dumbbells thrusters

  • 10 x push ups

  • 15 x sit ups


  • 30 x double unders / 75 x single unders

3 rounds

  • 5 x dumbbells thrusters

  • 10 x push ups

  • 15 x sit ups


  • 20 x double unders / 50 x single unders

2 rounds

  • 5 x dumbbells thrusters

  • 10 x push ups

  • 15 x sit ups


  • 10 x double unders / 25 x single unders

  • 5 x dumbbells thrusters

  • 10 x push ups

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
