  • 5 x burpees

  • 10 x push ups

  • 15 x squats


  • 12 x hang high pulls

  • 9 x two hand power cleans

  • 6 x two hand strict shoulder to overhead

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
