10 rounds for time

  • 5 x hang power snatch

  • 3 x overhead squats

  • 1 x hang squat snatch

  • Run 100 meters every round

OR (Option B)

10 rounds for time

  • 5 x double DB / KB hang power snatch

  • 3 x single arm overhead squats

  • 1 x single arm squat snatch

OR (Option C)

For time

5 rounds Left hand only

  • 5 x single arm hang power snatch

  • 3 x single arm overhead squats

  • 1 x single arm squat snatch

  • Run 100 meters

5 rounds Right hand only

  • 5 x single arm hang power snatch

  • 3 x single arm overhead squats

  • 1 x single arm squat snatch

* use barbell , dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
