12 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 9 x weighted box step ups

  • 6 x sumo deadlifts high pulls

  • 3 x lateral hop overs

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
